The Prem-Rawat-Critique website has been updated to include commentary and analysis on a recently concluded court case involving the illegal use of the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) procedures. The analysis compares the recent court case, where Diebold had to pay costs and damages of US$125,000 as a result of their illegal use of the DMCA procedures, to that of Elan Vital Inc and their use of the DMCA procedures to try and close down the EPO, PRMI and other websites. http://prem-rawat-critique.org/dmca_case_law.htm
