What can YOU do about it?  Your concern is valid and important enough to be heard by the ones who have the duty to protect the public's best interest.  pr is not good and you have a voice.

Formal complaints are needed:  Go to the BBB and make a complaint against pr.  He misrepresents himself and more, tell your story.  Write to the American Civil Liberty Unio too. Tell your story to the US General Attorney General.  All contacts can be found by searching for it.  SorryI cannot provide links for you.
