This is the same Richard Cooper (at least they share the same e-mail address) who is working on Rawat's legitimacy project http://prem-rawat-critique.org/legitimacy.htm
It is to be hoped that Grubb & Ellis have no client relationship with Prem Rawat's personal interests - particularly if their sponsorship of the MDC event is to be put down as tax allowable. Likewise, although absent from the sponsorship list - it would be very unfortunate if Amtext (prop. P. Rawat) were to have a commercial relationship with Miami Dade College. Not that there would be appear to anything illegal - but such inter relationships are best avoided in the interests of assured probity.
