Believing that he was my breath, to me is the biggest of all.

Air, oxigen, in relation that life comes with a breath and lives with the last one, something so necesary to exist, something we need to do to constantly, and that he told us he was everything - including our breath-holy name- last technique (?)  that is truly soul rape.

It was a nightmare, and at times still is, because of how filled my subconscient mind has been affected by his mind endoctrination. 

Through therapy and lots of critical thinking I've accepted and realized finally that my breath is my breath.  He conned me to believe many lies, but the breath technique to me is the worst of all, again, being that I need to breath to survive, to exist.

I hear you LA-ex.
