The photographs and quotes hardly make up a virtual library. As far as I know there are absolutely no works of art or literary works on the website for which Elan Vital holds a copyright. The letter is very similar to the one sent by Stroock, Stroock and Lavan to the webhost of http://www.ex-premie.org and it seems that Mr. Leblang or someone else used that as a template without being very careful about changing the facts to fit properly.
