Hi Danny,

The whole pretenses how Prem Rawat, A.K.A. Maharaji, EX-LORD OF THE WHOLE UNIVERSE, got his devotees to slave, to do service in many ways to help him get started with his $$scam$$ is due for review too. We do have rights, specially those ex-followers who live in the same land than he does.  He not above the law.

The proposition of many ex-followers has always been for years here, many would like justice in the slaving/serving matter, but also on the fact that enslaving/scaring his followers about leaving equaling to threats of damnation and more, were abusive, hurtful, cruel, etc.

What he is trying to do today recruiting new people in his cult is not acceptable.

So, yes, avoiding paying taxes for decades still stand as today as the law provides (thanks Babaluji) being unlawful and so is the rest.

The fact that Rawat once in a while said "help only if you want to" don't really matter.

There is plenty of evidence that he TOLD his devoted followers to do service/work for free.  More, a video went around communities where he is seen drunk, or something, with his hairs all sticking up and talking in such imperative way, giving orders to the premies in Amaroo to give of themselves 150% of their slave work.  He cannot say that the EV people did it. I saw the video.  Later, it was recalled and sent again to communities edited.  The 150% part was gone as other silly remarks he made, but I saw the unedited one.

That is how many of us, in the middle of trying to live our lives felt so, so very incompetent in the service we were doing and stopped what else we were doing to attend his demands.

Maybe JM can help finding the transcript that somebody posted here of that video.

So, for Eileen and all the ones who want to appologize for Rawat, think again.  There is a side of Rawat that not many saw or think that can be so abusive and demanding.

A class action suit is VERY appropiate. I volunteer to find a lawyer.

Also, please, everyone, consider  Rjchinook's post regarding signing a petition to voice our opinion and needs to our Public Servants, powers above.  We are still "victimized" by him being called many names through his present servants.
