I think there should be an apprenticeship where new and angry ex-premies like Danny must hold off posting for two years.  This will allow them to observe the calmer and saner more senior ex-premies who have worked out all their issues and instead of moving on are staying around and acting as Boddhisatvas for the newcomers.
