Hello,

I've read some of the responses to your concerns about attending a meeting, and as far as people pursuing you if you are not interested - I don't think that will be an issue. If you gave someone an e-mail address or a phone # because you wanted to be contacted, they may contact you once to follow up. If you just tell them you are not interested & this is not for you, I doubt you will hear from them again. In all the time i've been involved to this point, I have never seen anyone bullied into joining anything. The meetings are set up as an introduction to inner peace, and from what I've seen, most people do not return.
It is unusual for someone to come at all unless they have a friend or acquaintance who has invited them. And contrary to what you have understood from reading here, anyone is and has always been free to go their own way anytime they wanted to.
