Here's a link to free meditation techniques that are very similar to the techniques that Maharaji (aka Prem Rawat) might teach you after a long, long apprenticeship watching those KEY DVDs until you're completely brainwashed.

This teacher is Michio Kushi and the techniques are in a book.

And there are many free meditation techniques taught by reputable teachers.  My first meditation technique came from a 25 cent little book (2 inches x 2 inches) and it was very effective.  I wish I had stuck with that and not gotten interested in all the spiritual B.S. that I had encountered with Maharaji.

Meditation is very simple and very pleasant.  And that's how it should be.  But it won't be like that if you get involved with Maharaji because Maharaji says that his techniques do not work without his special magic ju-ju.  But, the contradiction or lie is that Maharaji is an ordinary man.  That doesn't make sense!  The techniques should work with or without Maharaji.  Thus, the confusion and craziness starts.

I'm sure that there are others here that can advise you on meditation.  One thing is to find a quiet place to do it and relax and go with it.
