It sounds like gopi-speak to me and I think a premie(s) may have written the captions, but don't know for sure. Last week there were a lot of programs around the U.S in the UK called "Keys Day."  With that going on through April (today's another Keys Day) and the India programs, it's possible the premies are feeling all hyped up for the new phase of progagation.   Maybe in gopi language it means...Maharaji is the sun, and the joy of him is rising???   It does show a helicopter flying into the sun.

I have no idea what it means. LOL!
