I don't go to my best friend or politician to teach me an esoteric knowledge that I know nothing about but know I want to learn. I don't attempt to surrender the reins of my life to my wife, although she may think she wants me to. It's just stupid of you to try and draw these kinds of parallels John.

Maybe you ought to depend more on regular human beings for your trust instead of Maharaji, Jon.  By the way, I thought Knowledge was just a simple way to go inside and experience inner peace.  When did it become esoteric Knowledge?  And why isn't it called "esoteric Knowledge" at Introductory Programs?  How come people are not just told they are "finding out more" about a Master to "surrender the reins of their life to," not just an Inspirational Speaker?  Why is Maharaji only letting premies see Key 1 and not the whole series?  Doesn't he trust premies?  How does that make you feel?

Esoteric (adj)

    1. Intended for or understood by only a particular group: an esoteric cult. See Synonyms at mysterious.
    2. Of or relating to that which is known by a restricted number of people.
    1. Confined to a small group: esoteric interests.
    2. Not publicly disclosed; confidential.
