I wasn't trying to be unflattering.  I was seeking to distill Joan's twitchiness down to a few stills.  Yet, far worse and far more unflattering to Joan is the video of her.  View it again. Think about it.  It's god-awful.  No wonder why she was in tears.

While I might be a computer programmer in my profession dealing only in word and symbols, what impressions in life that stick with me most are visual images.  I have 10s of thousands of photographs.  I see images.  I see dead people.  Who are you to tell me what I see?  If you don't like what I want to show you then don't look.

And, of course, I don't like any criticism of my efforts as an artist if I could call myself one.  And don't think that I just slap what I do in a few spare moments.
