Aren't we talking about whatever sexual exploitation Rawat may have undertaken through the years? I don't think it's really helpful or necessary to get into a crisis centre's rape literature, in that case. Here, Andries is probably right in the sense that Rawat most likely has limited himself to exploiting good-looking premie women. And, hell, it's also likely that they might have often even thrown themselves at him, subtly or not. The point is that while the sex might have been consensual, maybe even instigated by the women, Rawat is grossly violating their trust in him.
In my view, sex is just another commodity, albeit a very personal one, for him to take on false pretences. If you have a lot of money, he'll try to get that. If you're connected socially or politically, he'll try to exploit that. He'll take your time, your strength, your anything. It's all rape in a sense.
