Hey Nik,

I completely understand  when you say, "My own 'negative' judgement about premies has almost nothing to do with 'the old days' - but does have a great deal to do with how they support a corrupt and corrupting set up without having the backbone to either stand up and point out what is wrong - or get up and leave."

But as I said in another post, in 30 years I had no idea about any of this stuff that is here on EPO,in the archives, etc. I wasn't consciously supporting anything corrupt because I was living in ignorance. I am sure that many folks have not got a clue, don't ever read this site or even hang out on the internet. So this place serves a great purpose, it did for me. I would hesitate to start a crusade against supposedly complicit premies except perhaps the very small percentage of X-rated ones who know they are covering things up for the "lord," but somehow are able to live with those contradictions in their life. I have no doubt it will catch up to them, eventually. "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts, absolutely."
