If I think that you're going particularly light on the cult, it's only fair and reasonable for me to want to know why that might be so.  Say your brother and sister were premies, for instance, and you believed they'd never leave.  It wouldn't be far-fetched or illogical to wonder if your desire to live peacefully with them somehow coloured your view of the cult.  It would be far-fetched and illogical to assume you were biased like that.  But asking the question is a whole different story.  In that case, you may or may not, be so affected.  It's a valid question and I only ask it because, to me, it does seem like you're rationalizing the fact that some people ain't ever getting out.
