Charanand and band practiced and recorded "Focus on the Form" along with their whole catalogue of songs at the DECA complex with One Foundation, under the supervision of the Divine Musician.  One Foundation had their practice room and some level of recording studio there -- that was another "off-limits to general DECA population" area.  It was on the second floor, towards the back, at the Complex off of the "lunch room."   But, I understand that Charanand and the other mahatmas forced Maharaji to be there because he really didn't like Indian music and was actually trying to phase it out at the time.

I used have a  bootlegged cassette tape from the recording session that long ago wore out.  I don't miss it, those tunes were way too long and booooring for my taste, and I never did like them or any other Indian music very much.  "Okay, when's this song ever going to end," type of thing.
