I just looked up the show "The Millionnaire" and Raymond Burr wasn't in it, and it didn't have anything to do with "Perry Mason," either.  It was about a millionnaire who never showed his face, but his "secretary," (some other no-name actor) would find people and give them a bank check for $1 million, with the caveat that they never ask where the money came from.

This troll sounds very familiar to me, and I'm pretty sure who it is, but I make it a point not to show them my hand anymore.

I'll take the bank check for $1 million, though!
