Okay, fine.  I'm actually happy to see this because I really didn't like the idea that John might have been making that up.  (He still may be but, I for one, don't find his account quite so suspicious anymore). 

And thanks for commenting on your own email to him.  I'll remind you, though, that whether or not your emails were angry is an issue best left to the NRM scholars.  Only they possess the intellectual tools to understand the motives and emotions of an appostate such as yourself.  There's help out there, John.  It's not cheap but it's available.
