And I think most of what I've read from exes they are quite sympathetic of your plight.  I think it's just inconceivable to most people that your emotional, psychological and physical condition (which does indeed sound wretched), didn't influence your "apology."  Of course it did, and perhaps one day it will all come into proper perspective for you.

I don't know who sent those "40" emails to you "from exes" some of which are "quite angry," I was not one of them, and while I found your original apology a bit perplexing and absurd, especially because you didn't disavow a single thing you wrote in the article you published in Australian newspapers, only your motivation, and perhaps your insensitivity in doing so, it left me only with the "Stockholm Syndrome" explanation.  I'm sure you can see how that might be the case, given the holes in  your explanation..

But since you just want to make pronouncements and don't want to talk about it, either here, or apparently via email, what, exactly is the point of this current post, John?

I wish you all the best, and I hope your life gets better.  If you feel a public  "apology" to the people who practically destroyed you will help you do that, well, I am no one to judge, but you seem to have already done that John, what was it, over a month ago?  Perhaps you should do what premies tell us to do and "move on."  I'm not clear on who it is you think is preventing you from doing that.

Because, really, there was quite a bit of discussion of your "apology" when you originally posted it, but that was some time ago, and you have really fallen off the radar screen as a subject of discussion.  You, John, are the one raising this again and it's a bit strange because you claim to want to just be left alone..  IF that's true, the question is, why would you then raise all this again?
