I feel sorry for any sincere person who unknowingly would issue a citation of recognition to Maharaji because it could come back to haunt such an individual with extreme embarassment.  For example, some day Maharaji may disappear with his millions of dollars, or be exposed for some embarassing behaviors, etc.  If Maharaji uses his affiliations to appear legitimate, it could hurt whoever is naive to give him recognition.
