"Just cause he doesn't regret his involvement is not a copout. ... but you might as well accept your past, use it to the best advantage and let it go."I could not agree more Paddy and I did not express myself fully (I had insufficient time and I have just got back). My sentiments in my post should be considered in the context of his full account of his time with Cohen. The book was very intense and his experience both bizarre and extremely painful. Then it seemed to stop suddenly like he finished it in a hurry or like a good film whose director had run over budget or ran out of plot and so just petered out. The main thing was that he seemed to say that he would do it all over again if he had his time back. I learnt a lot from my time in the cult and I did gain things from it too. I don't flog myself with regrets over my 25+ deluded years, but I am very clear that if the clock was switched back and I had the concious choice again I would not get involved. Regards, Bunny
