ISKCON is the only prominent cult active in Latvia to my knowledge. They have accosted me several times in Riga, and it's never been clear what they are marketing. It's only because of my background that I was able to establish it was ISKCON.

Regarding DLM, I remember in Brighton in 1974 we devised a fake questionaire to get people in the street to answer questions leading up to an invite to satsang which was pretty deceptive.
