Was there a book published in 1973 by Bantam Books, copyright Shri Hans Productions, that claimed that 6 million people around the world claimed that Guru Maharaj Ji, aged 15, was the greatest incarnation of God that ever trod on the face of this planet?Yes, this book was called 'Who is Guru Maharaj Ji', edited by Charles Cameron, and introduced by Rennie Davis. We have a problem explaining this one away as it was published by the official publishing arm of Divine Light Mission, and Prem Rawat personally endorsed it. We thought of saying that Charles Cameron wrote this without Prem Rawat's knowledge, but that might make Cameron (or even Davis) break his silence about his involvement. Nope, this one has us stumped.
