Yes, but nobody should be getting tax breaks to facilitate a cult following and Governments shouldn't be legitimizing cults by giving them undeserved charitable status. Like building model railways or indulging a rubber fetish - cult activity needs to be practised in private between consenting adults without the state being involved.
And, to the extent that Rawatism is marketing a product - statutory consumer rights should apply.
