The funny thing is that Rawat really does see himself as a caring and charitable human being. Does anyone else here remember, a few years back, when he provided funds for a pair of spectacles for an old chap in the delhi ashram - he didn't stop talking about it for months (perhaps years even). Every single appearance he made, he would manage to drop it in somewhere. It was so nauseating that it was funny, and was one of the (many) episodes that turned me off. |
