I was introduced to M&K in Hartford (where I lived an worked) in 1975.  I was there until April/May of 1979 when I was shipped to Miami Beach.  I knew all the musicians in Hartford very well because I was a singer in the "official" premie community band from the time before I got K until I was transferred out in '79.  We had lots of great musicians there and I know who you're speaking of (female vocalist/guitarist) and ashram-mate. 

Actually, I knew everyone in that community very well, and Bill and I were friends and had many mutual premie friends during that time.
