For those who're not familiar with EV/Rawat's jargon:'Special Project' is an expression that's been used for decades to talk about projects involving premies working for the exclusive benefit of M - supposedly linked to undercover 'propagation'.
The details of such 'projects' have never been public, and are known (for parts only) by those who are involved in them. And when you've been invoved in such enterprises (like myself and many others I guess), you know what that means !!!!
Some of the most famous 'special projects': Decca, purchase of the residences, sport cars, new aircrafts etc.
