The only whiff (or shall I say stink) that she is in a cult is in the Acknowledgements Section (in the back of the book), when she thanks/acknowledges her Guru (M).  I don't think she used the word Guru.  Perhaps "teacher" or "master."  I don't recall -- just that I was saddened to read that she is still in a cult.  She makes the Acknowledgements Section easy reading because each name starts off a new paragraph (most acknowledgements are just run-on sentences and not easy to read).  As for Linda Bach, her derailment came at the hands of sexist assholes at the medical school she applied to after college 40 years ago.  However, I think you might be meaning about Linda's years in the cult.  For this she says that "eventually [they] ended up in Florida."  The word "eventually" standing for the entire debacle. I do not know whether Dr. Bach is still a devotee.
