I don't want turn this into mutual backslapping.  I don't need infinite gratitude because I post here a lot. 

Posting here is a choice I make. Every day that I turn on my computer and log-in here is a decision I make for myself.  What you said pretty much encapsulates my thinking about anonymity and I want to be perfectly clear that I'm not twisting anyone's arm to come out with their real name, either.  There are real life, legitimate concerns that cause folks to decide to post using a handle -- the most important reason being to protect their children. 

Third, I agree with your point about those of us who use our real names, and publish our private contact info, exposing ourselves to attack by doing so. There is no question that people should be able to post here anonymously; and their stories and posts about Maharaji and their time with him is obviously as valid as us 'named-ones' (Will's phrase). But the effect of what they say is unfortunately often diluted by their anonymity, and particularly with their 'no censorship' calls that you write about.
