You can't say Chanukah, since nobody is permitted to say christmas anymore.  "WINTER TREES"...... Now THAT is funny.

So, here is the PC way to do it:

Happy Jewish Holidays (almost heinous because the "jewish" word is present)

Happy Festival of lights close to the other holidays, but different

Happy different holiday

Happy multi-candle holiday (or Happy multi-candle-holder holiday)

You get the picture..... you aren't permitted to mention an holiday by its originator or its religion anymore.

THE ABOVE IS IN JEST.......... of course!
