ok, so that took me a couple of gos to read through, it wasn't easy to contemplate. I hadn't quite realised it before but I go straight to the very worst symptoms.
I ate a spring roll and overnight went from no allergic symptoms to the worst. Not only that but it is rare to have the delayed reaction, hours later. it was hard to understand what was happening. I got sent for so many tests. Eventually the doctor said talk me through it again and when I ended by saying it feels like I'm nearly dying he said but you never do, do you.
He had a point, I thought, it was very reassuring.
