That is the name of a book. Not an admonishment. I first heard about Daniel Kahneman from Robert Sapolsky, who is a combination primatologist and neurobiologist. He is also a professor at Stanford. I have read several of his books and watched a series of his lectures. The book Behave is his latest and is kind of the book form of his lecture series. It is all about the biology of human behaviour, but in particular focuses on why people behave the way they do in the worst and best circumstances.
So the Daniel Kahneman thing is just one of many things he talks about. I really recommend it if you have some time on your hands. It's 700 pages of science. But he is a great writer and brings a lot of humour to the subject.
