You can stop worrying about how many more deaths will be caused by a failed economy. The answer is obvious. After all, when we come out the other side of this the other possibilities for dealing with the debt is to raise taxes as usual, cut spending (not feasible in the UK after 10 years of austerity), pile the debt into some super long term debt for the next generation(s) to pay off, or - pay it all off with a wealth tax.

Panic is over. We can stay at home till the nasty virus goes away. Poor Elon will have to postpone his Mars holiday by a fortnight or so. Ahh.
