This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for us ex-premies. I think it should be handed off to Ocker for his excellent efforts.
I bet it gets bought up real quick, right soon. I can't believe this isn't some kind of slip up down there in Malibu town.

The "WayBack Machine" (Internet Archive) shows that that website domain has actually been for sale at least since 2011.
There are no records older than 2011 for it.
