Thanks for the posting here, I was going well - agree that bit you posted earlier is great - until I hit the final thoughts. ouch. Wish you all the best Don, but why does not meditating equate to having an axe to grind? It's just the cult's way of criticising vocal ex-premies, isn't it?
When I left I went back to my mum's advice to me as a primary school child, we were walking to school and I must have been bothered by something I would be facing and she said if you start feeling a bit upset, take three deep breaths, it will calm you down - and it does, it works really well if I want to but mainly I like to think and have a lot of respect for my mind and I think I can admit to a rich inner life.
