I think the Vegan diet is healthy. I am not a vegan or a vegetarian anymore. Even when I was a vegetarian, as a premie, I was not one for health reasons but for agya reasons.  I ate McDonalds fries, Ice Cream and all other manner of junk food as long as no meat, eggs or gelatin because I didn't want to be become the rotting vegetable I am. ( why did he say rotting vegetables? Rotting meat is about the most disgusting stench ever...)
