Early Bird bookings open with 10% discount :

• Early afternoon Thursday 1 December 2005 (Los Angeles time)
• Thursday evening (GMT) and
• Early morning Friday 2 December 2005 (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Early Bird bookings close :

• 2:00pm Saturday 28 January 2006 (Los Angeles time)
• 10:00pm (GMT)
• 7:00am Sunday 29 January 2006 (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

• TAKE 10% off your deluxe, pioneer or motor home booking (including registration). By booking a deluxe package, in addition to supporting the event, you are also helping to maintain Amaroo year round and ensure a state of readiness for future events.

• PRIORITY BOOKING RIGHTS for Fine Dining if you are an Early Bird. The first round of bookings for Fine Dining will be open to Early Birds only.
  
• RECEIVE your personal email notification as soon as an event is announced
• As an Early Bird, you can cancel and receive a full refund up to one week after the next event is announced. From then on the event cancellation policy will apply, (meaning no cancellations).
