Excellent job as usual, but I would love to see you go back to the format of showing the evolution of a life through musical selections.  That is such a brilliant idea, and you do it so well.

It sounded like the three of you were in the same room.

Must say I also liked Glastonbury, but I recall that on the way I went through something called the "Cheddar Gorge," which I thought would be a canyon between Bath and Wells, but if you blinked you would have missed it entirely.  I have to say everything is so small and cute in that part of the world.

Would love to be doing some more desert island discs, but I need guests, so are you stepping up to the plate Mr Joe? Think peeps would be well interested in your one too

As it is I have 3 possibles, but that's all at the mo, and no firm committments yet from them, just a future committment to do it.

And thanks for the feedback, well appreciated.

Re cheddar gorge, if I remember rightly that is an underground cavern, and now I'm not sure if my memory is faulty but you're right, everything is miniscule over here, ridiculously so compared to your neck of the woods.

Re me nya and jed, there is something about the line quality on skype that is so good it feels like you're in a room together, especially compared to landlines, new technology eh, mad really, but lovin it.

And I think everyone who's done one so far has made a journey with it, which I think comes through in the recordings.

All done on skype internet telephony.

Downloadable for free from skype.com, for both pc and mac
the calls are also free, and to anywhere in the world if the other user also has skype installed.

Re you choosing tracks, you need 8 ready on your computer, and I'll explain how to set up your sound so that you can play them during the interview. Worth putting in a bit of time on the track selection cause getting the right 8 is tricky to sum up and celebrate your life.

One possible tricky one is if you haven't got broadband, it still might be fine on dial-up, just don't know any one on dial-up to test it with yet.

Setting up the sound is quite easy to do.
