It was nice to hear someone talk about happiness, and back his talk up with research data.

At some point, he claims that someone who wins the lottery is no more likely to be happier a year later than someone else who becomes a paraplegic at the same time. He then goes on to describe the problems of defining happiness, and then points to research which illustrates his point.

Which is a refreshing change from the bollocks that Rawat talks. He is the Master, so what he says is true. What he says is true, so he is the Master ( except he is just an 'inspirational' speaker ). And he doesn't really say that much anyway.
