Apologies if this is too far off topic but they are a philosophical lot at my place of work and the attached site has been doing the rounds.  Note especially Dan Gilbert on 'happiness', Hans Rosling on the developing world,  Richard Dawkins on militant atheism.. something for everyone.  Oddly the great inspirational speaker and leading voice for peace hasn't yet been invited to present his 'unique perspective on peace' for an 18 minute TED talk yet. ..
