In the thread below, you suggested that you wanted to debate the subject of Rawat.  Now I know that you got a number of sharp, critical comments.  You also got some that were warmer, not-so-critical.  Nothing overwhelming, I'm sure. 

So how about settling down for a good, substantive debate now?  Perhaps, if nothing else, it will help you clarify your thoughts for all the questions your new book will invariably elicit.
