Amtext is a private company and as such there is very little information about it available in the public record. Amtext certainly served as a cash cow for Rawat and it is said that (sources ???)  Chuck Nathanson made the whole share capital over to Rawat some years ago.

Amtext may well be facing difficult times as e bay and other internet operations - cut into resold book market.

Here's a bit mischief - Does Ron Geaves pass all those approval copies he gets sent by academic publishers in his role of Professor at Chester Technical College onto Amtext ?
