You eloquently expressed your point and I agree with you.

As far as the Jagdeo discussions, they do take an emotional toll on me. But it is my choice as to whether to read or post here. It is frustrating to me that it always goes round and round with the same points. I wish, as you said, one day someone would show up and post what they knew about Jagdeo. But watching the accusations that happen - the blame toward the people I told, I can't imagine why they would put themselves in that position. That is one reason I admire what Michael Dettmers and Michael Donner did in telling their stories. This happens, I have read in many cults, that members are coerced over time to do things that are immoral or illegal. I think the Children of God cult had young women prostituting themselves for the cult. But I don't think any of the ex rated have been able to come and tell their stories without facing blame for their role in keeping M's secrets or enabling him. People were really hard on Michael Dettmers in particular. Imagine the courage it took for him to talk about the procuring the women for M for example. He couldn't tell what M did without also telling what M convinced him to do. Donner told the story of his role in getting Fakirananand out of the country after he attempted to kill the reporter. I don't think most people are brave enough to face the demons of what they did in M's name privately, nevermmind here for the world to see. But the ones who do free us all. And they also allow us to forgive ourselves for what we did, or didn't do, as premies. Even us ordinary premies often have a lot of things we are ashamed we did. Converting one other person into the cult, how we treated our families, the parents who dragged kids from place to place, everyone I think has regrets and things they feel ashamed of.  I guess if we can't offer forgiveness and understanding, who can?
