Despite the fact that I am not a Christian or even a believer in God nor plan on becoming one (even if God came and slapped me in the face I wouldn't turn the other cheek) I completely agree with you. Actually the only thing that separates us is that I view the Bible and all scriptures as the work of man, which I think allows me to appreciate them even more perhaps. I think the Good Book is a good book though I also think it has some evil passages. I also agree with the Padre in that I hate the way groups like DLM completely distort scriptures to give their little schtick credibility. And I even see it on the forum coming from ex-premies, but especially from premies who in the next breath are insisting that Rawat is not about religion .... yawn (copyright Neville B.)
It would really be nice to have dialogue with you one of these days Neville about the Bible (when I have time to give it the appropriate attention that is...)
