GOK, do you remember the post I sent to POV entitled, "Remember when Maharaji dressed as Krishna?"  Remember that?  Did you read it?  If not, here it is again:

http://www.forum8.org/forum8/posts/7531.html

Maharaji dressed as Krishna and according to all the Indian authorities listed, Krishna is God, the Supreme Personality of GodheadKrishna is known as Govinda the Supreme Godhead. Krishna has an eternal blissful spiritual body. He is the origin of all. He has no other origin and He is the prime cause of all causes.

Lord Krishna is the original Personality of Godhead.  There is only one God - Krishna, the son of Devaki.  Lord Krishna is the Source of Immortal Wisdom.

Krishna is transcendent and exists beyond the limits of time, space, and matter, He had come to this world to play the role of Arjuna's charioteer--and to enlighten him.  At last Lord Krishna revealed Himself before Arjuna as the source of everything, the eternal form of the Supreme, the Personality of Godhead.

According to the websites I posted, Krsna is eternal, all-knowing, omnipresent, all-powerful and all-attractive.  He is the seed-giving father of all living beings and the sustaining energy of the universe. Krishna is the source of all incarnations of God.  And so on and so on and so on . . . .

So GOK, I hope this puts to rest any of your doubts about Maharaji's claim to divinity?

Although Maharaji may not have claimed outright to be God he definitely dressed up as God.  And when dressed up as God he had people refer to him in song as “the superior power in person."  Remember that?  Did you ever sing arti?  So is it any wonder that, as you say, "there is a lot of confusion about this on this board."

You must admit, Maharaji has had it both ways for years and gee, I wonder where the confusion comes from – gee I wonder, Maharaji himself perhaps?  You know, Mr. "Not a Leaf Moves Without my Knowing."

"Perhaps other people have said that about him, but Maharaji has never said that."  Bullshit!   Just look at the picture and read the words to arti.

In your post you say, "So Maharaji has quite intelligently dropped using such terms."  The terms you refer to are "God", "the Lord", "Saviour", "Messiah", "Satguru", "Avatar", "divine", etc. - these are your words not mine.

So you now even admit that Maharaji used these terms in reference to himself!

Sheesh GOK, turn yourself in!
