Toby's got the gist of it. First time I heard it was on one of Peter Sellers' priceless albums.

If fact, if your 'puter can deal with a 2MB download, just go to:

then scroll down to:

then select the following track:
She Loves You (Dr. Strangelove) (2.2 MB)
