Since some of the definitions for "perfect" are - "without any of the flaws or shortcomings that might be present" or "excellent or complete beyond practical or theoretical improvement" or "exactly fitting the need in a certain situation or for a certain purpose" - the energy force that keeps us alive is indeed perfect. And since a "master" is "a male teacher" or "a person with the ability or power to use, control or dispose of something" or " a man eminently skilled in something".
Maharaji is indeed entitled to say that he is a Perfect Master.
Being a "Music Master" doesn't imply that the "master" uses, controls or disposes music to the exclusion of all others; just that the man in question is eminently skilled.
