Yes.  The "Keys" video made it's way through the U.S. last month.  I posted about it a couple of weeks ago.  They were described as the "London Keys" in some announcements on contact.info for some of the northeastern and New England state.  Apparently, last time M was in the UK, he had a secret "keys" meeting that was recorded.

He must be bored, or needs another few million to cover the other millions he already has.
