Wasn't that a Donovan song?

This is in response to the current discussion on the "Keys", prems latest misadventure into realizing why no one wants to get into his trip.....

When you look at all of the dumb, misguided avenues we went down in trying to "spread this knowledge to every land", it's really a wonder that any premie listens any more to anything.....but I guess if you believe that prem is the lord, and everything is his lila, then you just keep going back for more, and to see if he finally does something right.......

It reminds me of an old NYC premie joke that went something like this:

In the old days, a student had great obstacles to overcome, such as to climb a great mountain or swim across a great river to reach the master. Today, the obstacle to get past is the NYC premies....

But today, I think prem is the obstacle to get past...

And the "keys have to be the dumbest thing yet....

Has he considered:

1-How many people are going to listen to 100 hours of prems drivel, when even most premies admit that he's a bore, and has nothing to say that couldn't be said in 5-10 minutes....now the poor aspirant has to listen to 100 hours of prem-sang to even be considered?

The problem with this, besides being an exercise in excruciating boredom, is that people will expect that they will actually get some worthwhile information or at least perspective on life in this 100 hour marathon....and then to realize that he says the same thing over and over again ad nauseum will certainly drive most of them away in record time....think about the most fascinating, informed, enlightened person in the world, and think if you could listen to 100 hours of them speaking-it would have to be damn good for most people to go past the first few hours.....and then to hear prem go on and on about what?.....breath, gratitude, appreciation, bathroom humor, flying, his kids, how bad the world is, how great the master is, how nothing ever changes...?

2-After someone does watch 100 hours of this stuff, they get the 4 ancient, sacred techniques, the "keys" to the ultimate enlightenment, on a DVD?

And they realize that by pushing in their eyeballs, sticking their thumbs in their ears, following their breath and swallowing mucus, thats it? Oh boy, you talk about a let down....I listened to 100 hours of this nonsense, and I get this?....(I think there will be a t-shirt soon--"I watched 100 hours of prem, and all I got was these lousy techniques"...with the 4 techniques on the shirt of course.....)

3-After watching the required 100 hours of prem-sang, how many discrepancies, hypocrisies and outright lies will they pick up from prem? How stupid will he look?

4-Don't you think that after watching one intro video, and having the carrot of the keys dangled in front of them, they won't think that there is something more advanced in the next 99 hours? What will they think when they realize it doesn't get any better than this?

Nope, I think the mountain today that you have to get over is prem himself...think about it, if someone really enjoyed practicing meditation and had a certain shine to them, and could talk personally with someone about it, and it really was something just for them, it might work to some extent....

But to have to accept prem rawat as your life long master (and reject any and all other masters, like Jesus, for one...that will go over big today), and faithfully watch videos every week is going to be too much for most aspirants to bear....do you think this will go over big with parents who watch their kids get into this?

So I think that today the mountain the aspirant has to climb over to get to the master, is the master himself....perhaps after climbing a few steps over the master (a few hours of proscribed video watching), they will realize that there is no master, no mountain, no cliff, no river, but just life itself....

A few questions:

1-I wonder if he requires his kids, marolyn or monica to do this?

2-Does he watch himself to remind himself to worship himself and keep practicing?

And my number one question to prem would be this:

3-What is the longest stretch of time that you personally have practiced the 4 techniques of knowledge for at least an hour a day?

4-Also, was Bhole Ji really the Lord of Music?(I always had some doubts...)
