Dealing with the anger was perhaps the most difficult thing for me. The realization that I had sacrificed so much of my life and repressed so much of my potential in serving this false messiah. The years it took me to re-integrate into a "normal" existence and to dispense with the false and latent guilt of not being in "that place". Anyways, I'm certain that you'll find reading and posting here quite cathartic. In terms of helping others, I've found the revelations of people who got up close and personal with PremBoy to be most helpful. Nothing like bursting that shiny plastic bubble-wrap.
